The company was established in 1990. From the initial registration to the present moment, Roster Ltd. is represented and managed by Rosen Terziev.
Throughout the years and in the process, the company has expanded, refined, and specialized in its business, offering a wide range of services. Based on long-term practical experience and highly qualified staff, the company is able to offer appropriate solutions, tailored to individual requirements, regardless of the volume and complexity of work, for any task related to these activities.
Roster Ltd. is a construction company with extensive experience in the demolition of buildings and structures. The company specializes in all kinds of destructive activities: residential, public, infrastructure, and industrial.
We offer comprehensive solutions related to the overall process of demolition of buildings and dismantling of facilities, including excavation, loading, and transportation, as well as recycling and production of construction products from construction waste.
By expanding the diversity and scope of the entire construction process, while carrying out our core economic activities in accordance with the highest standards, has made us the undisputed leader in this field.
Our Team
The management team of Roster Ltd. declares its readiness and intention to satisfy the requirements of its clients for quick, qualitative and accessible execution of the assigned objectives and tasks. For this purpose, a well-organized team of specialists has been hand-picked in order to maintain the excellent quality of the services we offer. To date, the company consists of 169 /one hundred sixty-nine/ employees, each of whom has proven his professional and creative personality. The professionalism of our team works for the benefit of our clients, providing them with competent service in all matters in our field of activity.

- prevention of injuries and diseases and continuous improvement in the management and fulfillment of healthy and safe working conditions;
- registering and investigating any incident, accident and/or occupational disease, with a view to subsequent analysis and taking measures to prevent their recurrence;
- providing sufficient information, continuous improvement of the qualification of our employees, systematic training and providing development opportunities;
- continuous improvement of the efficiency of the MIS and the production control system in accordance with the requirements of the applicable standards.

The energy policy of Roster Ltd. is aimed at:
- Reduction of energy costs and optimization (expansion) of production activity in the company, through the purchase of new highly efficient equipment.
- Reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.
- Continuous improvement of the energy performance of the company.
- Defining and reviewing common and specific energy goals.
- Providing access and information to general and specific energy goals.
- Compliance with applicable legal and other requirements that the organization has accepted to meet, related to its energy use, consumption, and efficiency.
- Reducing energy costs.
- Improving the profitability of the company.
- Increasing competitiveness.
- Improving the energy efficiency of the company through planned upgrading of the material and technical base and low energy equipment.
- Compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.
- Involvement of all employees in the process of improving energy performance.
- Improve the energy management process through proper monitoring, measurement, and control in terms of energy performance.
The management takes responsibility for adhering to the principles set out in the policy and for providing the necessary human, material, and financial resources to achieve the energy goals of the company.
The management declares that this Policy will be disseminated at all levels in the organization and regularly reviewed and updated if necessary.
The management undertakes to systematically carry out audits of the energy management system in order to assess its compliance with the requirements of BDS EN ISO 50001: 2011, to check that the system is functioning efficiently and to identify possibilities for its continuous improvement.
