Roster LTD Successfully Completes the "Adapted Work Environment" Project

Roster LTD has completed the implementation of the "Adapted Work Environment at Roster LTD" project, co-financed under the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027, procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted Work Environment".

The project was carried out under Administrative Contract No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-0882-C01.

Investment in "Green" Work Organisation Models

The company improved its resource efficiency by eliminating weaknesses and minimising resource losses, including their inefficient use. This was achieved through the adoption of innovations and "green" practices tailored to the specific needs and conditions of the organisation.

Investment in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Special Work Clothing

Roster LTD purchased high-quality PPE and work clothing, providing protection against occupational risks. This not only improved employee safety but also increased productivity and efficiency.

Investment in Collective Protection Equipment

A key part of the project was the procurement of collective protection equipment matched to the specific risks at each workplace. These new measures ensure the necessary level of protection and contribute to a safer working environment.

Ergonomics and Workplace Productivity

The project placed strong emphasis on ergonomics as part of the working environment. Particular attention was paid to the proper design of workstations, especially for employees in seated positions. When the working environment is safe and comfortable, employees can focus on their tasks with less physical strain and fewer health issues.

With the completion of the project activities, Roster LTD's primary priority remains the creation of sustainable and safe workplaces that provide a healthy and productive environment for all employees. The company will continue to invest in improvements that meet modern standards for safety, environmental sustainability and ergonomics.
