Roster LTD is committed to implementing and maintaining a policy that develops not only a successful but also a socially responsible business — with care for the environment, improving working conditions, and preserving the health and productivity of both its employees and all external visitors on the organisation's premises.
To fulfil the quality, environment and occupational health and safety policy, Roster LTD sets the following strategic objectives:
- maintaining Roster LTD's position as a reliable partner with an established reputation;
- compliance with applicable standards, regulations and other requirements adopted by the organisation related to its environmental aspects and OHS hazards;
- periodic review and updating of the quality, environmental and OHS policy and objectives;
- continuous monitoring and measurement of processes affecting product and service conformity and having a significant impact on the working and natural environment;
- commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention;
- commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing OHS risks;
- prevention of injuries and illnesses, and continuous improvement in the management and performance of occupational health and safety;
- recording and investigating every incident, accident and/or occupational disease, with a view to subsequent analysis and preventive measures;
- ensuring sufficient information, continuously raising the qualifications of our employees, systematic training and providing development opportunities;
- consultation and participation of workers and worker representatives, where applicable;
- continuous improvement of the IMS efficiency and the production control system, in accordance with applicable standards.
The management of Roster LTD assumes responsibility for compliance with the principles set out in this policy.
The management of Roster LTD declares that this Policy will be communicated to all persons working under the organisation's management and will be available to interested parties.

Energy Policy of Roster LTD

The energy policy of Roster LTD is directed towards:
- Reducing energy costs and optimising (expanding) the company's production activities through the purchase of energy-efficient products and services that influence energy performance.
- Reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
- Continuously improving the company's energy performance and energy management system (EMS).
- Setting and reviewing general and specific energy objectives.
- Ensuring the availability of information and the necessary resources to achieve general and specific energy objectives.
- Complying with applicable legal and other requirements related to energy efficiency, use and consumption.
- Supporting design activities to improve energy performance.
To achieve the declared Energy Policy, management sets the following general (strategic) energy objectives:
- Reducing energy resource costs.
- Improving the company's profitability.
- Increasing competitiveness.
- Improving the company's energy efficiency through the planned renewal of assets and adoption of low-energy equipment.
- Compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.
- Engagement of all employees in the energy performance improvement process.
- Improving the energy management process through appropriate monitoring, measurement and control of energy performance.
Management officially declares its commitment to the development, implementation and effective operation of the energy management system.
Management assumes responsibility for compliance with the principles set out in this policy and for providing the necessary human, material and financial resources to achieve the company's energy objectives.
Management declares that this Policy will be:
- available as documented information;
- communicated within the organisation;
- available to interested parties;
- periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
Management commits to systematically conducting reviews of the energy management system to assess its conformity with the requirements of BDS EN ISO 50001:2018, to verify that the system is operating effectively, and to identify opportunities for its continual improvement.
